1. General Overview & Contractual Basis

• Only one zbazz account is permitted per person. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• All information provided during registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• Online betting must be legal in your country of residence.
• Accounts are for personal use only; playing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Zbazz may request additional documents (National ID, passport, driving license, etc.) for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on zbazz app:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days to process.
• Zbazz reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and must not be used for any illegal transactions.

Where currency conversion is required, it will be processed at the prevailing market rate and a small conversion fee may apply. All payments are completed through secure, encrypted channels in accordance with zbazz terms and conditions.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on zbazz app are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are displayed separately.
• Bonuses must be used before the offer expires.
• Zbazz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If zbazz suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account(s) involved.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on zbazz app are governed by the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If any game or bet is affected by a technical error, zbazz reserves the right to void that round.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, all bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time window.
• The outcome of all games on the zbazz platform is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is fair.

If you encounter a technical issue during a game, contact customer support immediately. In line with zbazz's Terms and Conditions, we will work to resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

6. Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zbazz platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Introducing hacking, viruses, or malware into the zbazz system.
• Collusion or match-fixing to influence game outcomes.
• Creating multiple accounts using false information.

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in zbazz closing the account without notice, confiscating the balance, and taking legal action where necessary.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Zbazz app takes the protection of your personal data seriously. 10. Service Changes & Termination

Zbazz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for significant changes. You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules, provided there are no pending wagering requirements.
